Configure My Wireless
Access to the secured wireless network
In order to gain access to the Secured EKU Wireless Network you must meet the following requirements.
- Users:
Users will need an Eastern Kentucky University E-key account in order to access the wireless network.
Guests will be provided access via Department IT personnel.
- Wireless Adapters:
Minimal requirements for wireless network cards must support either 802.11b, or 802.11g, and (WPA) Enterprise.

Users will need the latest driver and firmware updates for their wireless card or built-in wireless.
- Operating System:
Currently the operating systems supported are Windows Vista, XP, 2000, MAC OS X version 10.2.x and later.
- Wireless Access:
Users may need to manually configure their computer in order to gain access to the Secured Wireless Network.
